4Stop is dedicated to the success of businesses KYB, KYC, compliance, data and risk management processes. Our orchestration platform and marketplace solution will streamline customer on-boarding process and provide optimal verification, data performance and enhanced protection for risk mitigation management by connecting the world’s leading vendors.

Through ‘Orchestration’ the 4Stop platform provides a raft of enterprise solutions from transaction risk assessment, Know Your Customer, Know your business right through to Authentication. We are currently looking for a Commercial Account Manager to join our global sales team to manage a portfolio of international clients working closely with the sales, product, data and technical account management teams to maximise both client growth, upsell additional data services, identify and provide solutions to additional new use cases.

The Commercial Account Managers role is to work closely with the client to help them solve issues and improve efficiency through the successful utilisation of the 4Stop platform, software and data services.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage key clients – maintaining and developing effective relationships, increase existing business through upsell and cross selling while seeking out new opportunities
  • Engage in a consultative way with the client, to identify problems, additional projects, to define, design and deliver solutions and to ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction
  • Provide account development plan to be effective and aligned to the business and sales objectives set by the Head of Sales
  • Conduct regular business reviews to define additional customer requirements
  • Regularly present to clients to ensure they understand the functionality and benefits of the 4Stop platform and data services in solving business problems
  • Effectively communicate solutions and business benefits to the client
  • Working closely with Head of Sales to co-ordinate sales activity for nominated clients to achieve KPI’s

As you acquire a strong understanding of 4Stop platform you will be accountable for product, presales and customer support to our sales team, clients and prospects, facilitating migration and technical implementation management as well as ongoing relationship management, growth and retention of clients.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

Presales Support / Implementation 60%

Providing technical, compliance and risk product support to 4Stop customers and the sales team from presales through to implementation and go live.

  • Preparing clear and concise documentation for the client reflecting both compliance and risk requirements and proposed 4Stop solutions in support of the sales team and implementation of the 4Stop platform and its providers
  • Interact with sales, pre-sales, the product team and technical support to ensure the best solution is offered to the client within the constraints of the business requirements
  • Interact with the product team to establish any solution gaps required by the client within the constraints of the business requirements
  • Interact with the client to support any Proof of Concept required during the sales cycle
  • Support of complex sales in providing solutions to customers
  • Assisting sales in solution development
  • Attend customer meetings with and without sales support

  • Validate and scope technical requirements through hands-on analysis of technical documentation and testing, in collaboration with product development staff

  • Ongoing relationship management of corporate clients after go live providing support through calls, meetings and reports
  • Liaising with staff of corporate clients and prospects on all levels
  • Ensure needs of all customers are met appropriately
  • Work with rest of Sales team to ensure sales targets are met

WHAT QUALITIES YOU WILL BRING:

  • Must have 3+ years’ experience in a technical implementation of Risk Management or compliance solutions
  • Display a history of successfully interfacing with external and internal customers, maintaining the highest levels of professionalism and integrity

4Stop is hiring an International Telemarketer to join our global sales team. The successful candidate will be comfortable identifying prospects, developing campaigns and contacting key new business targets each day to discuss 4Stop’s Anti-Fraud, KYC and KYB platform.
